By accessing or using Money From the Inside Out (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02Description of the Service

Money From the Inside Out is a money wellness and educational platform. "Therapy for Your Money Life" describes our approach and does not imply psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Money From the Inside Out does not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional service. Nothing on the platform should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service, or access it through a bank or credit union program that has made it available to you.

04Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

05Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Except for the license above, these Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, content, or technology.

08Institution-Branded Versions

Money From the Inside Out may be made available to you through a bank or credit union that has licensed the platform for its members or customers. That institution's own privacy notices and policies may also apply to your relationship with them.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs or expectations.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money From the Inside Out and CUcontent won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms or if required to do so by the institution through which you access the Service.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CUcontent is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
